After Three Months Of Blogging
Sep. 6th, 2007 by ShaunEvery month I like to briefly share all of this blogs statistics with my readers. This helps my readers get a better understanding of how well my blog is preforming. I already published this blogs statistics for the two previous months here and here.
Stats for this blog from August 5th to September 5th
I started this blog on July 5th so all of my updates will include up until the 5th of every month. The stats will be a brief comparison of last months statistics.
-Rss Feed count increase from 39 to 70.
-Page view increase from 4890 to 20,930
-Absolute unique visitor increase from 1823 to 10,867
-MyBlogLog community members increased from 123 to 172
-Favorites of shaunlow.com on technorati increased from 19 to 30.
-Alexa rank increase from 420,744 to 205,200
-Technorati rank increased from 45,592 to 27,770
-Technorati authority currently stands at 176
-Published 42 posts over the month
-120 posts in 3 months with 668 comments
-857 spam comments
My site went for a much needed face life and got a whole new design thanks to Nate Whitehill, the same guy who just finished up John Chow’s new site.

Goals for September:
-Write higher quality posts. I noticed a massive increase in visitors when I took the time to research and put more effort into my posts.
-Get more traffic, RSS subscribers and comments.
-Have more guest bloggers on this site.
So far I am extremely impressed with the success of this blog. StumbleUpon has brought me a good portion of the traffic to this site.

I was just searching for this information for some time. After 6 hours of continuous Googleing, finally I got it in your site. I wonder what is the lack of Google strategy that don’t rank this type of informative sites in top of the list. Normally the top web sites are full of garbage.
