Make a monthly roundup post

A monthly roundup post is an effective way to share the previous months most popular posts and encourages your readers to check out your older posts and archives. At the beginning or end of every month check your sites stats to see which posts directed the most traffic from the past 4 weeks and then present them in your “Monthly Roundup” post and be sure to include a brief summary to save your readers time deciding which posts they want to view.

Remember that your monthly roundup post is the best of the best from your blog so don’t include too many poorly written posts. The monthly roundup is also an excellent technique to generate more page views per visitor, encourage page visits to your older posts which don’t get as many page views as your more recent posts, and familiarizes your readers with writings from all around the blog. Look for my monthly round up post at the end of the month :) .
