Where are you from? Oh there we go now I can see

This is a sweet tool I found when browsing around on StumbleUpon.  From what I can gather it just tracks all of my visitors IP address and puts them on to this map so I can see where all of my lovely readers are coming from updated in real time. You can customize your own widget directly from Map.amung.us which allows you to pick the size of the map, map style, pin style, and pin color. After that simply copy some code they give you and put it on your site! To get your own just click on my map and they will walk you through the rest :)

That is very cool. Now you can find out where most of your visitors are coming from.

I don’t know how you would benefit from that, but I’ am sure you can use it somehow to your benefit :???:

Well it can help you target which region next to dominate. :)

I’ve had visitors from Eastern Europe and some places I’d never expect - it’s interesting stats to look at.

Sometimes there doesn’t need to be a benefit. It’s just way cool. YC, you’ve got a good point though, may be helpful in discovering your target market.

Oh, now I see. If we move the cursor over the dot, it will show our country, and if we click the dot, it will show more stats about this blog.
